Beginning Pilates
There are two ways you can begin your pilates practice
Beginners Courses
What is it?
These are 10-week group courses, which will introduce you to the main principles of Pilates.
How does it work?
These courses are aimed at individuals with no previous experience. They are suitable for those who have not done Pilates before and would feel more comfortable within a group of total beginners. We take up to a maximum of ten people on mat courses and seven people on equipment courses to ensure that our teachers can give you the close attention you need at this early crucial stage.
Is this class suitable for me?
Beginners courses are suitable for most people, unless you are in acute pain, cannot get up off the floor, are pregnant, or if you cannot lie comfortably on your back. If this is the case, please contact us to discuss individual tuition
What does it cost?
All classes last just under one hour and cost £135 mat/£190 equipment for ten weeks. Although you will book a specific course, which runs at a specific time each week, you can use our customer portal to exchange out of the occasional class you can't make an exchange into a class on a different day. This is subject to availability. Courses can be booked by email.

Individual Tuition
What is it?
Individual tuition is a great way to learn Pilates. With the aid of your own personal teacher you will have the opportunity to explore what Pilates can do for you, and become more in tune with how your body works and moves.
How does it work?
At your first session the teacher will take your case history and discuss your requirements and expectations. Using this information we will then devise a plan tailored to suit your individual needs. These sessions can be organised at your convenience, with a teacher of your choice.
Is this suitable for me?
Individual tuition is perfect for those who prefer to learn on their own, and is often more suitable than group sessions for people with musculoskeletal problems.
What does it cost?
The cost of one individual session is £65.
All sessions last just under one hour. Sessions can be booked by email.
